Welcome to the 102nd Spartansburg Community Fair! I am Kendyl Scouten, the proud 2023 fair Queen. I have been honored to represent this amazing small town fair, and I know you will enjoy your time spent here. There is so much to see, new experiences to take in, and of course food to enjoy! Being that farming and agriculture in general is a huge part of our community, our fair showcases those. Whether watching our young people show off their hard work with their animals; cows, horses, goats or bunnies to name a few! Or visiting the home show building to see the award winning crops, you’ll be witness to the fair’s dedication to agriculture. Of course you won’t leave hungry, make sure you come with an appetite! There is so much to see and to do, you will be looking forward to the fair all year, just like we do! Again welcome to the fair, I hope you enjoy your time here this week! I know I will! Greetings& welcome to the 102nd Spartansburg Community Fair. My name is Aubree Chelton and I am honored to be the 2023 Spartansburg Community Fair Jr. Miss. I am excited for this year's fair. I plan to be there everyday and hope you are too. While you are there, you might want to do or see some of my favorite things, like looking at the animals and walking through the homeshow buildings. When you’re hungry you can get some garbage fries and stop at my church’s food stand for a piece of homemade pie that I help make. I had so much fun participating in the woodsmen contest, I know you would like to see that. Competing in the stick horse race at Bull Ride Mania was thrilling, but not as much as watching the bull riding. Don’t forget to go to the baked goods auction. The chocolate cake I convinced my mom to buy when I helped pass out the baked goods was the best cake ever! So, get ready for some fun, food, and friends and I’ll see you at the fair!! I am CeAura Thompson, the 2023 Spartansburg Community Fair Princess I am honored to welcome you to the 102nd Spartansburg Community Fair! I not only want to welcome you to the fair, but I want to invite everyone to enter an exhibit in the fair this year! There are so many amazing things to exhibit and take part in at the fair. From livestock to decorated pumpkins, and apple pies to flower arrangements, there is something for everyone. If you didn’t get an entry done for this year’s fair, don’t worry, there is still lots to enjoy at the fair. I personally love the fair food, rides and hanging in the horse barn with my horses Shredder and Elvis! Hope to see you there!
