Things to Remember
- Ride-a-Rama daily with two sessions on Monday and Saturday
- Bartlebough Amusements on the Midway
- Bike giveaway Monday September 1th at 6:30 p.m. (bike donated by Bartlebough Amusements).
- Admission tag - $3.00 per day, $7.00 for the week.
- Judging cattle 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 2nd
- Judging of riding horses and ponies 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 2nd
- Horse Pull Wednesday, September 3rd at 6:30 p.m.
- Department 11 Youth under 19 blue ink.
- Weigh-In for Horse Pull and Antique Tractor Pull at fairgrounds.
- Senior King and Queen Contest September 4th
- All exhibits must be pre-registered. Mailed entries will be accepted
until Friday August 8th, 2008 (mail to Spartansburg Fair Association, Box 88
Spartansburg, PA 16434) or accepted at the fair office Friday, August 8th
and Saturday, August 9th from noon to 5 p.m.
- Parade starting at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 6th. Entries for parade
will be taken Tuesday and Wednesday, September 2nd and 3rd from 6 p.m. to 9
p.m. in Home Show II
- Draft Horse judging, Wednesday, September 3rd at 5 p.m.
- Goat Judging, Wednesday, September 3rd at 10 a.m.
- Hershey Cocoa Cake Contest
- Hershey Baking Chips Cookie, Brownie or Bar Contest
- Angel Food Cake Contest
